Download the Wermom app from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app and tap "Get Started." You can sign up with your email address, Apple ID, or Google account. Follow the onboarding steps to set up your profile and add your baby's information.
You can manage your subscription through your device's app store settings. On iPhone, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Wermom. On Android, go to Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → Wermom. You can also visit our Cancellation Policy for more details.
Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption (AES-256) to protect all your data. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. Your baby's health data is stored securely and only accessible by you. Read our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum for complete details.
Yes! Wermom supports tracking multiple children under one account. You can easily switch between profiles in the app. Each child has their own dedicated tracking space for feeding, sleep, diapers, milestones, and growth charts.
Go to Settings → Family Sharing in the app. You can invite your partner, family members, or caregivers by email. They'll get their own login and can view and log activities in real-time. All data syncs instantly across all connected accounts.
The free plan includes basic feeding, sleep, and diaper tracking, growth charts, milestone tracking, and daily tips. Premium features like AI-powered insights, unlimited photo storage, detailed analytics reports, and expert consultations require a Wermom Premium subscription.
Go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Export My Data. You can export your data in CSV or PDF format. This includes all tracking logs, growth data, milestones, and notes. Exports are typically generated within a few minutes and sent to your email.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data within 30 days. Backup copies are purged within 90 days. You can also request account deletion by emailing privacy@wermom.com.
Open the app → Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen → Enter your email → Check your inbox for a reset link → Follow the link to set a new password. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support@wermom.com.
If you cancelled after the 7-day free trial ended, the annual charge of $299 had already been processed. Cancellation prevents future renewals but doesn't refund the current period. You keep access until the end of your billing period. For refund requests, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

How to Delete Your Account

Steps to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Wermom account in two ways:

  • In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account
  • By email: Contact privacy@wermom.com

Important: Deleting your Wermom account does NOT automatically cancel your Apple subscription.

You must cancel your subscription separately in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Wermom before deleting your account, or you will continue to be charged.
